Seeds of Wisdom
Mentoring Circle
The Seeds of Wisdom Mentoring Circle is a yearlong mindfulness-based program designed to nurture personal growth, ethical living, and community connection through the lens of the Buddhist Eightfold Path. Rooted in the metaphor of cultivating a spiritual garden, this program offers monthly group teachings, spiritual friendship triads (Kalyana Mitta), and guided practices aligned with the lunar Uposatha days.
Participants will plant the seeds of intention, nurture insight and integrity, and harvest wisdom in a supportive circle of learners. By integrating mindfulness teachings into daily life, this program fosters both individual and collective transformation.

Reciprocity Contribution
The Seeds of Wisdom Mentoring Circle operates on a Dana-based model, honoring the Buddhist tradition of generosity. Participants contribute an initial registration fee of $50 or it's equivalent in Philippine Peso, which covers essential program costs. After each monthly session, mentees are invited to practice generosity by offering Dana (voluntary donations) as an expression of gratitude for the teachings. This approach encourages a mutual exchange of value, fostering a spirit of giving and receiving while ensuring the program remains accessible to all.
